FALL 2010 Product Release Recap

Last Thursday we launched our FALL 2010 line at our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. We had an amazing evening celebrating the new product and the growing number of ladies that make each hat. In case you haven't heard yet... we are now employing 87 women in Northern Uganda!!! (Read about the first group here) As it has been from the beginning, it is the community around our organization, and the support YOU provide, that push our vision forward. The launch of our FALL 2010 product coincided with the birthday of one important person... the GODFATHER. Although he takes no credit, it's pretty cool to think that from one college student teaching his high school brother to crochet, the concept has since spawned into an international program for empowerment. DJ Mike Bless was there making everyone move their hips (both knowingly and unknowingly).
