Title: Production Manager
Location: Lima, Peru
Position type: full-time, 2 year commitment

We are looking for a passionate and organized individual to manage production at our project location in Lima, Peru. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily production, packaging and shipping of the products made by some of the raddest Peruvians around. We look forward to hiring a versatile, organized and experienced person who will help push our production model towards greater efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations
- Control yarn, trim and completed product inventories
- Manage all shipping and receiving
- Manage quality control team, including interns, to ensure that all products meet KKi quality expectations
- Work with local factories to source and develop new yarn blends
- Work with designers and lead knitters to sample new products
- Facilitate weekly design review meetings to help knitters understand product requirements
- Report production progress to Directors
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong command of Spanish language
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines
- Shows ability to thrive in international work setting
- Clearly shows interest in creating and managing systems
- Computer proficiency in Excel and MS Word
- Experience in AIMS or other apparel management systems (BONUS)
- Experience in apparel industry (BONUS)
