Jennifer witnessed a lot of atrocities during the war in Northern Uganda. Five of her cousins were abducted by rebels and her family was eventually forced out of their home and into government camps where they lived off of handouts from the World Food Program. As a beneficiary for KKU, she is more self-reliant and is able to provide for her family like never before.
