Leonor has faced many obstacles in her life. She was unable to complete any school beyond the sixth grade because her family was experiences serious financial difficulties. Leonor waited until she was old enough and then began working as a cook in a restaurant. Her true goal was to go back to school, so she moved to Lima and is continuing her studies while at KKPeru. One of her dreams for her future is to graduate from high school and to provide a better life for her children.

Thank you for making my hat. I live in Southeast Missouri in the United States and it gets really cold in the winter so I will be using it alot and when I do I will think of the amazing young lady who made it. I know if you have faith in God all your dreams will come ture. I was raised by a singal mother who worked very very hard to make sure we had everything we needed and when things would get hard she would always say”That God wouldn’t gives us more than we can handle if we believe in him”. It’s much colder here than in my native Austria. Your name reminded me of my mother’s name Leonie who also joined me in New York. There are no coincidences.
