Due to financial problems and the insecurity in the region, Kevin had no choice but to drop out of school. Although her and her family were not abducted or killed during the war, they had been forced to move into an internally displaced person’s camp where her and her family had become dependant on government aid organizations for their basic necessities. When asked how the program had impacted her life, she burst out in tears of joy and said, “There is a great change in my life that I can’t explain.”

Today is Christmas. The best present I got today was my Betty style hat. I instantly turned it inside out and ran to my computer to look up who made my hat. I read your story to my whole family and continued to call friends and let them know. I support Krochet Kids international because they change lives. Someday, I hope to do the same.
