Akot Jennifer’s life took a dark turn when her father passed away in 2006. Unable to afford schooling, Jennifer stayed home to help her mother take care of the youngest members of her family as uncles and cousins were taken by the war. Today, Jennifer is able not only to support herself and her mother, but also contributes to the educational funds of two other children.

My hat is seriously the comfiest thing I’ve ever worn. Thank you so much! And I want to encourage you to stay strong. My dad died a little over a year ago so I know what its like to lose a father far too early. But I leaned on Jesus and He got me through it. Stay strong, God’s love.
